Here are the additional changes in Version 20.0a (released 05/01/2022):
• Fixed a problem where the totals at the bottom of the schedule of values, payment application and time card screens were blank sometimes.
• Fixed a problem with the auto-resize option that was causing columns to be collapsed and showing ##### on the schedule of values, payment apps and wage rates screens.
• Fixed a problem where the California state tax was not calculating correctly in some cases.
• Fixed a problem with copying the CT additional information into a project from the defaults in preferences.
• Added a new connection type of TLS to mass emaling options. This adds support for emailing through the Office 365 SMTP server.

The WH-347 federal certified payroll report has changed (added to version 20.0 on 7/22/2021)
• The WH-347 report expired. There is an updated report available that has a new expiration date of 7/31/2024.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 20.0 (released 7/6/2021):

General 
• Added employee screen for all modules. Track employees, work schedule and training/certifications.
• Added company id and company name filter and sort order options to company list screen.
• Added company listing report to company list screen. Also added company role column to list screen.

Contractor Billing    (if you don't have this module, you can add it! (Click Here for more information)
• Added a field to print a message below the amount due on the payment application (if not using sales tax).
• Added Waivers and Releases list screen, log report, and copy to new record feature.
• Added Waivers and Releases button on payment app screen to view/edit or create waivers and releases directly from the payment app screen and automatically fill in the amount and through date.
• Added option to create a template from any project schedule of values.
• Added page break and totals options to Schedule of Values templates.
• Added schedule of values item code if used to billing change order approval tab.
• When adding schedule of values from estimate can now add the estimate item code to the SOV item code.
• Added buttons to payment app cover letter form to open defaults settings and to reset letter to defaults.

Certified Payroll Tracking

• Changed WH-347 report expiration date per latest US DOL modification. You will get future updates.
• Added training/certifications tab to employees form to track and print training/certification reports.
Changed reports to allow multiple time card entries with the same project/work class (manual entry only).
• Added new default time card notes field to employee screen that will fill in on time card when created.
• Utilization report usability improvements. Defaults can be set at company and project level. Added button to print utilization reports from compliance reports screen. Fills in project defaults automatically.
• CA DIR XML file improvements. Added option for fringe benefits to use hourly rates or total weekly dollar amounts. Changed other fringe benefits and other deductions to go into new fields in XML file.
• Includes any updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.

Communications

• Drawings improvement to add signature area with name, date and e-signature fields and continuous option.
Notice improvements. Added new type “TXT”, added suffix to number, added company to “From” tab, added default company to “To” company. Fills in email address when selecting “To” company or contact.
RFI improvements to fill in answered/requested by fields on RFI when selecting to/from company/contact.
Added company to “From” tab on Letters, Transmittals and Submittals.
Added item total dollar amount to Material Log list screen and status report.
Added an option to print a signature line on the Telephone Log.
Added new name column after company on daily report form work force tab and added it to report.
Changed Material Log Items Detail Report to add Item Date to Use, Items Dated From, Items Dated To.
Added item total dollar amount to Punch List log report, list screen, and status report.

Added button to Contracts/POs form to copy items from any Material List.
