Available Reports Equipment Listing – Prints a list of the equipment with the information from the equipment input form. You can also print an Equipment Listing by Location, Equipment Listing by Supervisor, and an Equipment Listing by Type. Maintenance Completed Summary – Prints basic information on all the maintenance tasks completed for a particular piece of equipment. Maintenance Completed Detail – Prints details on all the maintenance tasks completed for a particular piece of equipment. Maintenance Scheduled – Prints all the maintenance tasks scheduled and not yet completed for the selected equipment I.D. with option for a specific date range if desired. Maintenance Scheduled (ALL) – Prints all the maintenance tasks scheduled and not yet completed with options for a specific piece of equipment, equipment type, location, supervisor, or repair type if desired. Maintenance Completed – Prints all the maintenance tasks completed with options for a date range, specific piece of equipment, equipment type, location, supervisor, or repair type if desired. Mileage/Hours Summary - Prints all equipment for which you are tracking mileage/hrs and lists the starting and ending odometer/hrs readings and total mileage/hrs for the starting and ending dates and other filters you specify.
