If you have purchased the Quantum Project Manager version 20 you can use the link below to download the program.

Click the link below ONCE to begin the download. When prompted, choose the "Save" option to save the setup.exe program to the hard drive on your PC. When the program has been downloaded and saved, click "Open Folder" when prompted. The folder that contains the setup program will be opened and the setup.exe file will be highlighted.

IMPORTANT!  If you have Windows 10, right click the setup.exe file that was downloaded and click "Run as administrator". If you have an earlier version of Windows, just double-click the setup.exe file. If you get a Windows Defender Smartscreen, click "More info", then click "Run anyway". You may get a security warning to verify that you want to run the setup.exe program. If you do, just click Yes to continue.
