Certified Payroll Reports
New York State Department of Labor Certified Payroll File Upload
The Quantum Project Manager now supports creating files that can be uploaded
to the New York State Department of Labor Certified Payroll portal. You do not have to manually enter all the weekly
certified payroll information on the portal. Just create the XML file from the Quantum Project Manager, then logon to the
portal and select the option to upload the file. You can
review/edit what was uploaded before you submit it. You can make corrections on
the website or return to the Quantum Project Manager to make any corrections and
re-generate the file.
There is some specific information that is required for the file upload. There
is a new button on the certified payroll compliance report screen to create the
file. Instructions for
creating the XML file and a link to the website to upload the files are provided.

York State DOL requires all
contractors to use the new portal starting January 1, 2026.
Let the Quantum Project Manager handle all the work for you. Enter your
projects, employees, work classifications and wage rates once. Enter time cards
each week and let the Quantum Project Manager print reports and create the XML
file for you. If you use QuickBooks Desktop to do your payroll, you can import the weekly
timesheet and paycheck information from QuickBooks into the Quantum Project
Manager and create time cards. Then create the XML file and upload it to the
New York State Department of Labor Certified Payroll portal.

This feature requires the Quantum Project Manager version 24.0a. If you are on
