General
• Requires Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 SP1 or later (Vista/7/Server 2008).
• New database engine to keep pace with current and future Windows operating system updates.
• New Sworn Statement for Contractor and Subcontractor to Owner report.
       - Default template provided that is fully customizable.
• New Company Reports to list all projects for a company.
      - Easily locate projects that a company was involved with regardless of role.
      - Filter project list by company role or project status.
      - View or print a Project Summary Report or Project Detail Report
• New Letters/Emails capability added to allow creating templates to mass merge/print letters and envelopes and/or send email blasts. Create your own letters or emails, create a distribution list, and send customized individual letters or emails to each party on your distribution list! This is a must have powerful marketing and communications tool!
• Installation process is now fully compatible with Windows Vista and Access 2007.
• Added a new reminder system with the option to show reminders at program startup.
• Added user-defined customizable documents to a new “Other Docs” tab on project screen. We added 5 sample documents (Notice to Proceed, Notice to Owner, Notice of Intent to Lien, Memorandum of Delay, Certificate of Completion) that can be customized and the user can create 3 more for a total of 8 documents.
• Added a To-Do List screen with a report and log report and integrated it with the reminder system.
• Added a new report for a list of subcontractors on any project, you can choose which subs to include on the report.
• Added map/directions button to project screen, companies screen and contract address tab.
• Added Send Email button on key parties tab to easily email selected parties of project team.
• Added attachments tab to project. Can now attach and view files/pictures at project level.
• Changed attachments so that if an external file is an image, the image is shown on the screen.
• Can now print RTF attachments without printing from RTF editor. This allows you to print like any other report, and create PDF or RTF files.
• When creating PDF files, you can automatically append plain/rich text attachments.
• When emailing PDF or RTF files, you can automatically include external file attachments.

Contractor Billing
• Changed line item description in schedule of values to allow formatting text to use bold, italic, underline, color, font name/size, center, right, left, number, bullet, etc. Payment application and other reports show the new formatted text.
• New change order summary screen and reports for easier management of change orders.
• Added Notary information at the project level.
• Added field for “next app due” date on billing tab and project worksheet and integrated with reminders.
• Added a “Warranty” document that can be customized to be any kind of document.
• Added capability to print list of subcontractors to G805 form*.
• New option to print a basic invoice as a cover page to the payment application.
• Added email To and CC lists to create email lists to send to multiple addresses automatically.
• Added a view option to the schedule of values screen to copy/paste from other programs.
• Added G732-2009.

Certified Payroll Tracking
• Made Changes to Federal WH-347 to comply with the new form and rules.
• Option to show the last 4 digits only of SSN on any weekly report.
• New work classifications screen to easily change and update pay rates for one or all projects.
• Added field for “next report due” date on certified payroll tab and posting screen and integrated with reminders.
• New reports for CO DOT, MI DOT, MO DOL, MN DOT, WA, MA Port Authority, and IL Dept of Labor, City of Philadelphia, NM Weekly Report, WI DOT, OH School Facilities, MN Prevailing Wage.
• All federal and state specific forms included are up to date.
• Updated all of the following reports: Federal WH-347, NYC DOT, NYC Comptroller, NYS DOL, NY DA, NYC SCA, NJ Carpenters Fund, CA, CA DOT, CA DOT Owner/Operator, CT, DE, IA, IL DOT, MA, NJ DOL, NJ EDA, OR, RI, NV & WA.
• Now prints a “no work performed” for the Federal utilization form.
• Added a button to create a comma separated text file to submit for the NY City School Construction Authority.
• You can now go from the compliance report screen to add or edit timecards.
• Added print destination on compliance reports (print preview, default printer, PDF, RTF).
• Added print entire report option to print both pages at once instead of separately.
• Added button to print all reports for a selected project and date range (all pages and no work).

Contracts
• Has the new 2007 AIA* Original Contract Documents.
• New Subcontractor/Supplier Payment Application report from invoices entered on contract/po.
• New Subcontractor/Supplier list for Sworn Statement automatically generated from contracts/pos.
• New Material Log to track materials quantities, costs and important dates.

• Can now copy a schedule from one project to another.
• Integrated contract/purchase orders, change orders and other document types with the new reminder system.
• Improved scheduling to enter days off, then it recalculates your schedule.
• You can now set dependencies for tasks in your schedule.
• Option to copy a proposal to a change order (billing or contracts).
• Added email To and CC lists to create email lists to send to multiple addresses automatically (Contracts/POs, Change Orders, Proposals, Work Orders).

Estimating
• Changed proposal documents to allow formatting text to use bold, italic, underline, color, font name/size, center, right, left, number, bullet, etc.
• Integrated with the new reminder system based on the status and the dates on the estimating tab.
• Added option to load the MasterFormat 2004 CSI Codes.
• Added option to use custom heading on estimating proposals.
• Added 3 proposals to remove category breakdown, just Div/Maj/Min section totals.
• Added new proposal format, Details By Category (Material Qty and Total Cost Only).
• Added new proposal format, Item List w/ Costs, Quantity and Unit.

Communications
